EBE earrings ships within the United States.
Our shipping provider is USPS Standard Mail. Delivery time is approximately 7 business days from the time your order is confirmed and departs. Please allow up to 14 business days for all PreOrders. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. Delivery times do not include Sundays, or any major holidays. If you need something sooner please contact us for pricing.
• United States: We offer $4.00 flat rate shipping on all US orders. All US orders $40 or more ship FREE! All packages have tracking numbers that will automatically be emailed to you, if you do not see it please email us and request your number.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT.

We try to make returns as easy as possible! Unworn, unaltered goods may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 DAYS of receipt. We are unable to do exchanges as we can not guarantee stock. To begin the return process you must first contact us for a "Return Authorization Form" at EBEearrings@hotmail.com. This form MUST be included with your returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 business days at EBEearrings@hotmail.com so we may address the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if any. If items are returned worn, with makeup and/or odors (including smoke, pets and perfume) on them, damaged or beyond the 15 day return period, they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please mail returns to EBE earrings Attn: Returns 2703 Furnace Avenue Altoona, PA 16602. Make sure you have included the Return Authorization Form. You can ship the package back the most economical method possible, you may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Within 5 business days of receipt of your product we will email you with your store credit information.
